CVD grown monolayer MoSe2 single crystals
Monolayer MoSe2 is a direct bandgap semiconductor (Eg = 1.57 eV), which is a promising material for several applications such as field effect transistors, photodetectors, solar cells, energy storage devices, catalysis etc. We grow high-quality MoSe2 single crystals on various substrates. The quality of the grown single crystals produced by our growth method is confirmed using several complementary characterization techniques, such as optical microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Photoluminescence spectroscopy, High-resolution transmission electron microscopy etc.

Standard Substrates: SiO2 on Si, c-plane Sapphire, Quartz (fused silica), Gold Single Crystal, Gold Foil
Size of the as-grown crystals: 5 µm to 100 µm in hexagonal or triangular or starlike shape
