Multilayer WS2 is a promising material for several applications such as field-effect transistors, photodetectors, solar cells, energy storage devices, catalysis etc. We grow high-quality WSe2 single crystals on various substrates. The quality of the grown single crystals produced by our growth method is confirmed using several complementary characterization techniques, such as optical microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Photoluminescence spectroscopy, High-resolution transmission electron microscopy etc.
